What this skeleton told us: Evidence

A young adult of around 18 to 25 years of age. The skeleton was only 30% complete, which made estimating this person’s sex impossible. His/her teeth displayed some plaque, and there was what appeared to be sharp force trauma to the right pelvis, but it is possible that this may have occurred during burial, rather than being the result of an accidental injury or from an attack using a weapon.
