Introduction

In this lesson we will build on learning in Lesson 5 to develop an understanding of how Christianity came to the kingdom of Northumbria 1,400 years ago. You will hear the story of Aidan’s journey to Bamburgh and have time to reflect on the role of Christianity in shaping the region.
